Distant planets, stars, galaxies . . . how do we know what these things are made of without ever having gone there? How have we mapped the surfaces of Venus and Saturn’s moon Titan with satellites when their weather is always cloudy? Join Zoe from the Spacecraft Planetary Image Facility for some fun hands-on activities about how scientists use rainbows and “invisible” light to understand the universe. Best suited for families with children 8 and older (also open to younger ones with an interest in space.)
